Orders are usually dispatched
within 2-4 business days and delivered within 5-7 business
days across India. We are not accepting orders from selective States and
Union Territories. The same shall reflect at check out. Currently, we are not
taking international orders.

Due to hygiene and the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, we do not offer returns. Replacement or exchange shall be given only if any damages are reported within 2 days of delivery, if it's more than 2 days then there shall be no replacement/exchange (Unboxing video is a must). For replacement, the item needs to be couriered back to the address we provide and we shall replace it and courier it once we get back your parcel. Stone/s coming out will not be considered as damaged as it can be stuck back.

Keep your jewellery dry, away from moisture and chemicals. Store it in the original box and wipe it gently with a soft cloth after use.
